Correctional Program Specialist (Special Agent)

Summary Corrections professionals who foster a humane and secure environment and ensure public safety by preparing individuals for successful reentry into our communities. Responsibilities Independently plans and conducts investigations relating to staff improprieties. Monitors and/or conducts investigations involving allegations of staff misconduct. Analyzes data and information received by the Office of Internal Affairs concerning allegations. Analyzes policies and procedures based on results of investigation, and is responsible for drafting proposed revisions to existing program statements or drafting proposed language for new program statements or operations memorandum.
