Corporate/Commercial Lawyer, 3 to 5 Year Call

Madaisky Pollock is a boutique corporate/commercial law firm looking for a motivated 3–5 year call lawyer to join our team in a full-time, in-office role. This is an opportunity to take on meaningful responsibility, work directly with experienced senior lawyers, and become part of a close-knit office where people support one another.

Your Key Responsibilities In this role, you will work across our core practice areas, including mergers and acquisitions, incorporations, commercial real estate transactions, leases, corporate structuring and restructuring, corporate governance, and commercial agreements.
