**About the Role**

Canon USA in Melville, NY is currently seeking a Corporate Tax Advisor (Advisor, Corporate Tax). The Corporate Tax Advisor will design, implement, and oversee the regional indirect tax function—including Sales & Use, Property Tax, Business Licenses and Annual Reports. This role is a blend of hands-on compliance management, strategic business advisory, and systems optimization. The ideal candidate ensures 100% filing accuracy, mitigates audit risks, and partners with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, and IT) to align tax technology with evolving transaction-level regulations.

This position is full time and offers a hybrid work schedule requiring you to be in the office Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and an option to work from home the remainder of the week (unless a specific business need arises requiring in office attendance on other days).
