The Corporate Solicitor will be:
Working on a range of corporate transactions
Supporting senior lawyers while managing appropriate matters independently
Developing strong client relationships
Contributing to the continued growth of the corporate practice
The Successful Applicant
The Corporate Solicitor should be:
A solicitor or equivalent with 1+ year PQE in corporate law
Commercial, proactive and keen to develop technically
A strong communicator who works well within a team
