Providing Corporate Clients with professional and high-quality services that meet clients ’requirements and exceed their expectations.

Identifying Corporate clients’ needs and fulfilling them with proper bank’s products &services.

Handling and managing Corporate Clients requests, inquiries, calls and emails related to their accounts, products, and services in a proper and professional manner, while referring them to respective RM/related unit within TB whenever needed

Resolving clients complaints/service issues either directly or in coordination with relevant teams including CBC and follow cases through or resolution

Cross selling and promoting bank’s services &products. Maintain sufficient knowledge of cash management and trade finance services.
