Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Key Account Managers to drive performance and growth
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximise revenue and minimise churn
- Build and maintain strong executive-level customer relationships
- Drive cross-selling and portfolio expansion across key clients
- Lead complex negotiations, contract renewals, and commercial agreements
- Ensure profitability through pricing strategy, margin optimisation, and forecasting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Finance, Technical, and Product teams
