The Role: Corporate Records and Secretarial Lawyer

The Team:  This position is with the Corporate Legal Department based in London, consisting of 5 lawyers, 2 paralegals and 1 administrative assistant, and reports directly to the Associate General Counsel, International Corporate. The team covers our legal entities globally from a subsidiary governance and corporate legal perspective.

The Impact: This position contributes to the subsidiary governance of over 380 legal entities globally and supports the organization from a corporate information and records perspective. T...
