Midnight Foundation (Midnight) is seeking a skilled Corporate Paralegal to support an in‑house legal team and perform administrative activities. Candidates must be highly self‑motivated, organized, process‑oriented, and have strong follow‑up skills. The role requires a strong background in corporate governance, corporate transactions, and legal operations.

You will work across practice areas within the Legal Team and other support functions to enable the efficient and effective delivery of legal services to our business and partners. You will develop strong relationships with internal constituents and stakeholders including Finance, Business Development, Technology, and Operations.
