Job Description
Our Client, a Material Engineering company, is looking for a Corporate Meetings & Events Planner (Temporary) for their Santa Clara, CA location. Responsibilities:
+ Partner with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to plan and execute business objectives
+ Manage detailed project plans, timelines, deliverables, and event production schedules
+ Coordinate end-to-end event logistics, including venue coordination, catering, audiovisual, production registration, and attendee communications
+ Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, hotels, and service providers
+ Support executive meetings, including VIP attendee management and onsite event execution
+ Develop event budget estimates and maintain budget tracking, forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting
