Corporate Legal & Regulatory Associate

Job Description :

• Develop and maintain legal frameworks that support operational activities and continuous process improvements within the Legal function, including contract procedures, licensing, coordination matrices, documentation management, and achievement of legal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Conduct negotiations and coordinate with external parties regarding permits, licenses, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor, draft, review, and manage contracts, Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), Letters of Intent (LoIs), and other legal documents in accordance with the company's needs.
• Coordinate with legal consultants, external counsel, and notaries on various legal matters.
• Manage and maintain legal documentation and general legal administrative processes.
