LRO is working with a successful local law firm to secure an experienced Corporate Lawyer. The selected candidate will manage the firm’s current clients by providing superior service and has the opportunity to grow and manage the corporate practice as a whole. If you enjoy working directly with business owners of small to mid sized companies providing advice and guidance while working collaboratively with an established firm that offers balance and stability, this role would be ideal.
Responsibilities
- Corporate Governance – advise Boards and senior executives on legal obligations and fiduciary duties
- Prepare and review Board resolutions, shareholder agreements and bylaws
- Maintain Corporate Records
