Corporate Head of People & Labor Relations Based in Barcelona (hybrid role). Your Mission Lead the Global People Labor Relations agenda with a strong focus on Spanish labour law, ensuring full compliance while balancing legal risk with business needs. Act as the internal expert on employment labour relations and legal matters, providing pragmatic and strategic advice on complex labour topics (collective bargaining agreements, employee relations cases, potential labour‑relation conflicts) and ensuring consistency and governance across the organization.
