Job title: Corporate Group Finance Manager (Johannesburg)

Job summary: Responsible for the corporate Group functions of consolidation and reporting, financial analysis and planning (FAP), annual statutory audit and financial statements and compliance and governance.

Key performance areas:

• Monthly consolidation, review, analysis and reporting and comprehensive commentary of the Group financial information incl. Exco and Board packs preparation
• Monthly consolidation, review, analysis and reporting & comprehensive commentary of the Group cash forecasting information
• Cash‑flow management: debtors, creditors, forecasts and payments approval
• Leading the annual budget process for the Group and relevant consolidation, review, analysis, reporting and comprehensive commentary
• Leading the quarterly forecast process for the Group and relevant consolidation, review, analysis, reporting and comprehensive commentary
