Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead balance sheet forecasting and monthly variance analysis including working capital, accrued liabilities, and debt
- Maintain the company's 5+ year long-term integrated financial model and provide scenario-ready outputs
- Own the thirteen-week direct cash flow forecast and monitor covenant compliance
- Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual management and ownership reporting packages
- Serve as the primary FP&A liaison to the Accounting team to ensure alignment on close processes and GAAP compliance
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Accounting to validate forecasting assumptions
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 5-8+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or treasury
