About the Company Northpower is a New Zealand‑owned essential infrastructure business, delivering energy network and broader infrastructure services that communities rely on daily. It’s one of the few businesses in the country to own and operate both an electricity and a fibre network, while its contracting arm delivers infrastructure services for major partners including Transpower, Vector and Powerco across the North Island. As the business grows, it is investing in a dedicated corporate finance capability to strengthen the rigour behind its investment and capital allocation decisions.
