Job Description
You will play a key role in positioning human capital asa strategic lever for performance and organizational transformation. At the head of a corporate division, you will act as the architect of HR strategy, ensuring consistency across major programs and acting as a trusted partner to senior management.
Through your leadership, you will directly influence organizational HR direction, the quality of the employee experience, organizational performance, and the organization's ability to meet its future talent management challenges.
Your Role
