Corporate Development & Strategy - Associate

Based in Madrid but with full international exposure, you will work in a highly dynamic, inspiring and challenging environment and become a key member of our Corporate Development & Strategy team.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team of six professionals led by the Group COO and work closely with Alantra’s top management, including the Executive Chairman & CEO.

Your day-to-day tasks will include a wide range of activities including, among others:

• Corporate development (in-house M&A team): you will assist the team in the execution of all sort of transactions (acquisitions, capital increases, JVs, etc.) – more than 30 deals analyzed/executed during 2022.
