About the Role
We’re looking for an emerging communications professional who is passionate about creating engaging content, bringing ideas to life, and finding fresh ways to connect people with what matters most. This role reports to our Senior Manager Corporate Communications and sits within the wider People and Communications team. As Corporate Communications Specialist, you’ll help shape Westpac’s most visible internal communications, from company‑wide updates on strategy and performance to culture initiatives, leadership communications and enterprise publications. You will play a key role in how we inform, inspire and engage our people.
