Corporate Actions & Settlement Operations Executive (JT) (Bank)

The Corporate Action Team within Bank Operations is central to managing corporate entitlement processing for both Bank SG and Banking businesses. This role is critical in facilitating seamless financial operations and requires meticulous attention to detail and strong operational execution.

• Payment & Settlement Expertise:
  • Execute comprehensive post‑trade and cash settlement processes within back‑office systems, including pre‑processing payments to investment banks, brokers, and customers, as well as payments related to FX/MM deals.
  • Prepare next‑day payments efficiently in AMH.
  • Process FX, MM, and CBG SMF transactions accurately.
  • Support outward payments (trade settlement) to brokers/counterparties and manage fund transfers between house and trust accounts maintained with various nostro banks.
