Corporate Actions & Security Master – Senior Analyst (Vancouver)

SGGG Fund Services Inc. (SGGG‑FSI) is currently seeking to fill a full‑time permanent position for the role of Corporate Actions/Security Master Senior Analyst, for its Process Analytics & Enhancements (PA&E) department in BC. This team deals primarily with Corporate Actions, Onboarding, and other Fund Accounting support.

Under the direction of the Manager of Process Analytics & Enhancements, the Senior Analyst is responsible for a variety of duties including assisting with Corporate Actions, Security Master, and Security Pricing. This position requires knowledge of the investment fund industry from operations, technical, business process perspectives and management skills.

• Research and prepare complex Corporate Action templates in accordance with the prospectus, circular, and tax filings.
• Liaise with internal teams such as Fund Accounting or Investor Relations to obtain any missing information.
