Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Technical Care Advocate (CTCA) to provide technical consultation, operational support, and issue escalation management for a telecom Mobile Core / IMS network environment. This role supports engineering and operations teams by ensuring network stability, troubleshooting complex issues, and assisting with network optimization and evolution initiatives.
