Core Banking Data Migration Lead

LanceSoft Middle East is seeking a Data Migration Lead to drive core banking transformation within Dubai. You will oversee large-scale data migration initiatives, ensure data integrity, and coordinate with vendor and internal teams.

The role requires 15+ years in core banking transformation and at least 5 years in system implementation, with hands-on Oracle FLEXCUBE experience and strong requirements management, gap analysis, and solutioning capabilities.
