Job Description
7 years of experience in Core Banking support preferably in Phoenix an ITS Core banking product. Should be able to analyse the problems and business issues raised by the users with respect to the deployed application systems. Provide support for all defined banking application systems. Liaise with users to gather and consolidate the gaps existing in the deployed application systems for enhancements. Coordinate with the Database Administrator and the Data Centre Operators as and when required to understand the data optimisation and data modelling related issues. Coordinate with the IT Applications Systems Unit/Project Leaders to be aware of the projects that will be developed and implemented which will subsequently reach the maintenance and support phase.
Qualifications- Minimum 5 years in Software development/Support (Core Banking)
