Job Description

Overview

This is a fixed‑term People & Capability role until December 2026 at Tauranga, part‑time (32 h week) covering leave. Ideal candidate has experience in P&C/HR Admin/Coordinator and strong data entry, coordination, and customer‑service skills.

Responsibilities

  • Payroll data entry and coordination across a 10‑day fortnight, including starters, leavers and changes via a shared inbox.
  • TechOne payroll system testing and troubleshooting.
  • Creation of weekly, fortnightly, monthly and annual reports in Excel.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Prior use of TechOne Payroll (or a comparable system) with intermediate skills in Excel, Word and PDF.
  • Ability to understand and absorb process, policies and employment terms related to payroll coordination.
  • Knowledge of relevant employment legislation (desirable).
