Role Overview

The People Solutions Team is looking for someone with a passion for People & Capability to step into a key support role on a fixed term basis until December 2026, working 32 hours a week, covering leave. If you enjoy operating in fast‑paced environments, have exceptional data entry, coordination and customer service skills, and pride yourself on your attention to detail and confidentiality – we’d love to hear from you! To thrive in this role, you will have previous experience operating in a P&C / HR Admin or Coordinator role.

Responsibilities

  • Payroll data entry and coordination: Supporting payroll processing across 7 days of the 10‑day working fortnight, including starters, leavers, and changes via a shared inbox. This includes handling a high volume of manual data entry during peak periods.
  • TechOne upgrade testing.
  • Creation of reports in Excel for weekly, fortnightly, monthly and annual reports.
