Job Description
Drive the delivery of impactful healthcare services as the Coordinator of Community Health Services at the Community Miyupimaatisiiun Center. Focus on both Chishaayiyuu Services and Current Services for adult and elder care.
In this essential position, you'll work under the Director- CMC to plan and provide interdisciplinary health and social services. Your collaboration with various CMC coordinators will influence the transition to the NISK model of care. Emphasizing cultural competency, you will ensure services respect the unique traditions of the Cree and Inuit populations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead planning and coordinating services for health and wellness
• Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards
• Collaborate for effective service delivery and governance
• Assist in the development of health information systems
• Manage service integration for comprehensive care
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or College degree in Nursing and relevant experience
