Coordinator, Digital Marketing & E-commerce - Fixed-Term

Join our team as a Digital Marketing & E-commerce Coordinator! In this role, you’ll manage the execution of monthly email newsletters and event‑specific email requests. Maintain accurate Google Business profiles and coordinate holiday and seasonal Google Business hour updates across locations. You’ll schedule and deploy SMS campaigns and support accurate OD profile management across clinic digital channels.

This position is a full‑time fixed‑term June 2026 until June 2027.

The ideal candidate will be based in one of our Home Office locations in Vancouver or Calgary.

What You’ll Do

• Create and distribute recurring newsletters per brand (FYidoctors, Visique, BonLook, solis), on schedule and maintain on‑time deployment rate across all brands
