Who We Are

Volkswagen Group’s largest cell factory, PowerCo, is launching in St. Thomas. This role focuses on supporting the design, administration, and evaluation of PowerCo’s compensation and benefits programs, as well as HR‑controlling functions.

Your Role And Key Responsibilities

• Support design, administration, and evaluation of compensation and benefits programs.
• Assist in personnel data reporting, forecasting, annual budgets, and operational/strategic planning rounds.
• Conduct salary survey data collection and analysis, audit variable pay, and merit rounds.
• Administer the employee group benefits program and guide new hires through enrollment.
• Assist in job evaluation, support HRBPs/hiring managers with job descriptions, and administer the Job Matrix and JDT Library.
• Handle departmental bill payments, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to the budget.
