Job Description
Regional Self‑Service Coordinator
As a Regional Self‑Service Coordinator, you will oversee the operation of the self‑service channel within your assigned region, ensuring proper execution at the point of sale, team development, and the achievement of commercial objectives aligned with Divisional Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the implementation of commercial strategies, maintaining visibility, availability, and proper execution of the Meridian brand.
- Supervise field activities of executives and advisors, validating performance and execution.
- Manage key performance indicators (sell‑out, coverage, execution) and ensure quota achievement.
- Lead and develop a team of up to 130 advisors and 3–4 executives.
- Coordinate recruitment efforts and strengthen talent retention, aiming to reduce turnover.
- Report results and propose action plans to drive business growth.
