Eaton's ES AMER EPG division is currently seeking a Coordinador de Servicios de campo.What you'll doThe primary function of this position is to provide coordination about field service personnel, technical assistance for field service personnel and customer requests in the areas of troubleshooting, installation, and maintenance of all electrical and mechanical apparatus.QualificationsCoordinate/obtain necessary materials and proper test equipment based on job requirements.Open orders on system to gather, track and reconcile costs associated with jobs.Prepare and issue invoices to customers after completion of work.Maintain a constant flow of work from the backlog in a manner that provides the most cost efficiency as well as high productivity of the workforce.Acknowledge all purchase orders, obtain proper insurance certificates, and assure that Eaton Electrical terms and conditions are presented.Monitor overtime of the productive workforce and reconcile the overtime with the signed t...
