Coordinador De Reclutamiento Y Procesos, Workforce Staffing (Villa Aldama)

Location: Parque Industrial León Bajío, Calle Oliver Evans 107, 109, 111 y 113, León ***, Gto., México.
Hours: 48 hours per week, from 8:30 to 18:30.

Key Job Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and onboarding of new associates.
• Assist in auditing compliance with established processes, procedures, and system usage (e.g., Salesforce, eligibility, reporting, associate experience).
• Provide temporary associate data as requested.
• Identify and implement continuous process improvements.
• Participate in specific projects related to Personnel/FAC (Fulfillment Center).
• Develop and maintain effective communication processes to ensure smooth, optimized information flow among key stakeholders.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by the area manager.
• Regularly support induction sessions to evaluate delivery quality, provide constructive feedback, and coach the delivery team.
