Here’s what you’ll do:
- Process customer orders accurately and timely through company systems.
- Review incoming orders to validate pricing, quantities, product specifications, and availability.
- Manage order changes, modifications, substitutions, and updates requested by customers or internal teams.
- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Logistics, Transportation, and Category Management teams to ensure successful order fulfillment.
- Monitor customer ordering activity and identify irregularities, trends, or potential service issues.
- Support issue resolution by investigating order discrepancies, shipment issues, and customer claims.
- Document and process product quality concerns, returns, credits, and customer complaints through internal systems.
