Primary Purpose of the Position

• Provide high level of technical expertise and experience in his/her area of knowledge planning, administering, implementing, defining, leading projects and problem solutions that brings value to Goodyear Business.
• Lead and manage complex projects and solutions in his/her area of knowledge, acting also as integrator involving other expert required areas including plant manufacturing.
• Managing of service provider performance and deliverables, controlling the handover of all projects (including Plant Projects) for proper operations support securing documentation and change control process.
