Position Summary

The Coordinator, Nursing Administration (RN) provides dedicated administrative, operational, and documentation support exclusively to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO). This role plays a key part in organizing nursing operations, supporting regulatory and accreditation readiness, tracking quality initiatives, and maintaining accurate nursing documentation.

An active Registered Nurse (RN) license is required to apply professional nursing knowledge and clinical judgment in an administrative capacity. This position does not provide direct patient care and carries no supervisory or decision‑making authority over nursing staff.

The Coordinator works closely with the CNO and nursing leadership to ensure compliance, accuracy, and follow‑through across nursing operations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
