Job Description
Responsibilities
- Install service repair and sanitize water coolers and related equipment
- Attend customer service requests and resolve technical issues within assigned timelines
- Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections to ensure equipment reliability
- Diagnose and repair coolers both on-site and in the workshop
- Support the Sales team with installations and customer technical requirements
- Maintain accurate service reports and daily activity records
- Ensure proper upkeep of company vehicles, tools and equipment
- Comply with HSSE policies and report any incidents or unsafe conditions promptly
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining professional conduct
Qualifications
- Diploma or High School qualification in a technical discipline
- Minimum 2 years' experience in cooler, refrigeration, or similar equipment maintenance
