Overview

Responsible for requisition, preparation, cooking, and maintenance of kitchen operations. Work location: physical location; remote work not available.

Experience

7 months to less than 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Requisition food and kitchen supplies
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Clean kitchen and work areas
• Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit
• Maintain stock rotation
