**Responsibilities**
+ Responsible for the preparation of foods according to the standardized recipes, and production methods.
+ Ensures high quality using safe, sanitary food handling techniques during preparation, service and storage and daily quality control checks.
+ Works multiple production stations and conducts quality control checks on taste, temperature and presentation on patient, cafeteria, and catering foods.
+ Trains and orients selected staff on food production along with safety and sanitation practices.
