Denara Group is seeking a Head of Operations to lead the operational model of a regulated retail investment platform in Dubai. This senior leadership role involves ensuring operational resilience, managing outsourcing relationships, and overseeing all client onboarding activities.

Ideal candidates will have over 10 years of experience in regulated financial services and a strong track record of scaling operations through growth. Experience in ADGM or DIFC environments is a plus.
