Develop and implement operational strategies to drive operation excellence Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce costs Oversee smooth adaptation of new technologies into production, ensure seamless handover of new products from PD to Production Oversee supply chain management and ensure timely delivery of products. Monitor and improve operational performance through key performance indicators.
