You will be a qualified Solicitor (guideline of 2 years PQE) with a background in Residential Conveyancing/Property. You will work alongside the wider Conveyancing department, which consists of both qualified and non-qualified fee earners. You'll be responsible for your own caseload of Residential Conveyancing transactions (including sale & purchase, leasehold and freehold, transfer of equity, remortgage, equity release, shared ownership, help to buy and right to buy etc.) autonomously from instruction to completion.
