Job Description
My client, a highly regarded law firm, is currently recruiting for an experienced full-time Paralegal to join their busy and growing Residential Conveyancing team based in Farnham. The role will be working with and supporting the Head of Department on a caseload of work across a range of matters.

* Full range of administrative duties managing and responding to calls and providing updates to clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors as required
* Opening files, ensuring all files are fully compliant
* Diary management
* Drafting of contract packs
* Dealing with post exchange administration, preparing COTS, carrying out final searches; lodging SDLT and AP1
* Dealing with Land Registry requisitions
* Audio and copy typing/digital dictation
