The Role
You'll manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including:
* Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Remortgages and transfers of equity
* Client communication and service delivery
* Mentoring junior staff and contributing to team development
* Business development and marketing initiatives
* Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
* Staying current with legal and market trends

What They're Looking For
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, CILEx, or experienced conveyancer
