We are seeking an experienced and proactive Conveyancing Assistant to join our thriving Residential Property team based in Doncaster. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a supportive and collaborative environment, working alongside one of the most respected Conveyancing Teams in the Lincolnshire, Yorkshire, and East Midlands regions .
The team handles a broad range of residential property matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, equity release, landlord purchases, shared ownership , and new builds .
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with stakeholders including clients, banks, building societies, and estate agents
- Completing SDLT forms and handling registrations and post-completion tasks
- Opening client files using the Firm’s case management system
