Responsibilities

• Manage a case load from inception to completion under the guidance of a Conveyancer.
• Deal effectively with clients and third parties over the telephone, in written correspondence and occasionally face‑to‑face, to provide advice and assistance.
• Communicate with clients and third parties on all elements of the conveyancing transaction.
• Keep the case management system and any third‑party web sites up to date in real time, together with emailing out weekly updates to the developer.
• Maintain the relationship with the referrer and ensure a steady flow of incoming work and prevent any drop off of work due to poor performance.
