The role
As a Conveyancer, you will be managing residential conveyancing files from start to finish. Duties include -
- Contract review
- Following up on outstanding conditions
- Checking searches
- settlement statements
- working with PEXA
- Dealing with Clients, Brokers, Solicitors
- General file management duties
You will have administrative support as well as business development support.
Your experience
You will have a minimum of 2 years Conveyancer experience.
