Job Description
Minimum requirements:
- 7 years post-admission experience
- Extensive experience in Bond registrations
- Experience with Complex Lending, Commercial Property Finance Bonds and Cancellations (advantageous)
- Experience with Standard Bank Legal Cancellations (advantageous)
- Experience managing a Conveyancing department or supervising a team
- Ability to sign clients both in and out of the office
- Ability to work independently and manage a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills
