Key Responsibilities:

• Handling bond registrations and property transfers from inception to finalization


• Liaising with banks, clients, estate agents, and related stakeholders


• Ensuring compliance with all conveyancing and regulatory requirements


• Managing high-volume files efficiently and accurately

Key Requirements:

• Admitted Conveyancer & Notary


• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Conveyancing
