- Managing a full caseload of residential & commercial conveyancing transactions independently.
- Handling sales, purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and other property matters.
- Providing clear and practical advice to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm procedures.
- Maintaining high standards of client care and service delivery.
