Conversion Manager

1. The ideal candidate should have experience as a Converting Supervisor in a corrugated box manufacturing facility. 2. This position requires working alternate shifts with rotating days and nights: 2D/2N/2O/4N/5O. 3. This is a relocation opportunity with relocation expenses covered, or the candidate must reside within 45 miles of the plant. Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in an Engineering field (preferred)

Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt)

At least 3 years of experience as a Converting Supervisor in a corrugated facility

Responsibilities:

Provide support to the production system and teams to ensure safe production in the Converting department.
