ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are looking for a CX Conversation Designer to build and optimize end-to-end customer journeys across AI voice, chat, IVR, and agent-assisted experiences.
This is a hands-on role focused on creating seamless, efficient flows that guide customers from entry to resolution, improving containment, reducing friction, and enhancing the overall experience.
